The information, linkages, and services provided on this portal are meant for employers, job seekers, researchers, investors, and stakeholders in the labour market and are subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Acceptance of these terms and conditions by users implies they are binding upon them. The State Department for Labour and Skills Development, Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, Republic of Kenya may amend the conditions as and when necessary without any prior notice to users.
This site is accessible to the public. Users should however be aware that while on this website they are subject to the monitoring of their visits, and all the applicable laws and regulations governing hacking, modifying the content, or posting of information that may violate the copyright laws of the Republic of Kenya or as otherwise applicable.
The Kenya Labour Market Information System has been designed to provide a platform for interaction of job seekers and employers. There is no inherent guarantee, however, that job seekers will secure employment by posting their profiles on the KLMIS. Use of the KLMIS is not intended for children under 18 years of age, and only Kenyan citizens are allowed to post their profiles on the system.
By registering, job seekers agree to their profiles and CVs being made available to employers who have registered with the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) and the National Social Security Fund (NSSF). The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection will accept no liability for any errors, inaccuracies, or incompleteness of the information provided on the KLMIS. The Ministry in charge of Labour will at all times have access to all information posted on this website by subscribers.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection reserves the right, at its discretion, to suspend, change, add, or remove parts of the content available on the KLMIS at any time without prior notice.
The Kenya Labour Market Information System has been designed to provide an interactive platform between employers and job seekers to support informed hiring and workforce planning decisions. Employers will be required to register online to be granted access to the services provided through the KLMIS. The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection will activate the registration account of an employer only after verification and conduct of due diligence of the information provided online.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or incompleteness of information provided on the KLMIS. All visitors to the website will be able to view details of information published through the KLMIS. However, direct interaction and engagement between job seekers and employers will not be conducted through the system.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection has implemented and instituted reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorised access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, the Ministry cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or make improper use of your personal information. The Ministry in charge of Labour will at all times have access to all information posted on this website by subscribers.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection reserves the right, at its discretion, to suspend, change, add, or remove parts of the content available on the KLMIS at any time and to restrict the use and accessibility of the system.
